Welcome to Youth Moovment. My name is Troy Goudeau, and I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I have six children, five of whom were involved in sports while growing up. I have always been an active participant in their teams and sports, mainly serving as a coach. However, I struggled to send them to popular sports camps and club teams due to financial constraints.

After earning a teaching degree with a coaching emphasis from college, I pursued my dream of coaching at the high school level. During my two-year stint as a teacher assistant at a junior high school, I noticed a lack of support for some students and decided to start a non-profit organization to provide resources for junior and high school students from enrollment to graduation.

Today, after almost eight years, Youth Moovment is actively helping youth across the state. My mission is to provide opportunities for underprivileged and foster youth to achieve success in life.
